FINDLAY, Ohio (AP) - A union leader says workers at the Cooper Tire plant in Findlay feel lucky to be holding on to their jobs. Cooper has decided to keep the plant open in the company's northwest Ohio town and has spared two others in the U.S., but a factory in Albany, Georgia, will close.
